Ordering

Which regions do you deliver to? All 14 regions of Uzbekistan. Tashkent gets courier delivery within a day; other regions ship via BTS Express, Fargo, or Yandex Delivery.

Can I pay cash on delivery? Yes. Payment options are Payme, Click, Uzum, online card, installment, or cash at the pickup point.

Installation

How do I find a master? Open the masters catalog — filters cover region, district, service type, rating, experience, and hourly rate. Each profile lists the master's work zone, schedule, portfolio, and reviews.

How is the price set? Masters publish their own price-lists. You see a range on the profile and get a concrete quote in the booking form before confirming.

What if the master doesn't show up? Bookings auto-cancel if the master doesn't confirm within 2 hours and we notify you immediately. If a confirmed master cancels late, contact support and we'll help you find a replacement.

Reviews

Can anyone leave a review? No. Product reviews require a completed order item and master reviews require a completed booking — we enforce this at the API layer (TZ §8.7).
