Terms of service

Using DSS SecurityCam implies acceptance of these terms. The short version: act in good faith, respect the verification process, and pay for the services you book.

Accounts

Accounts authenticate via phone number. You are responsible for the security of your OTP codes and the device you access the service from. Do not share account credentials.

Orders

Product prices include VAT where applicable. The final total — including delivery fees and applied promo codes — is shown before payment. Order status history is available in Account → Orders.

Bookings

Bookings constitute a commitment between you and the master. DSS acts as a platform and takes a configurable commission (default 12%) from the master's payout. Disputes are resolved via our moderation team.

Cancellations & refunds

Customers may cancel orders in the new or confirmed state directly from their account. Delivered orders can be returned under local consumer protection law. Booking cancellations after confirmation are handled case-by-case; contact support.

Liability

DSS SecurityCam verifies master identity and credentials but does not directly perform installations. Product warranties are issued by the respective manufacturers.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated via email and push notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
