Privacy policy

This page explains what data DSS SecurityCam collects and why. Read it alongside the Terms of service.

Data we collect

  • Account data — phone number, name, optional email, password hash, preferred region.
  • Order data — cart contents, delivery addresses, payment provider, status history. Real card numbers never touch our servers.
  • Booking data — scheduled date, address, comments, master payout.
  • Verification documents (masters only) — passport scan, INN, certificates. Stored in a private MinIO bucket (TZ §8.4) and served via signed URLs with ~5-minute TTL.

Why we collect it

  • Operate the marketplace and fulfil your orders/bookings.
  • Verify master identity before letting them accept bookings.
  • Send transactional notifications (SMS, email, push) about your orders.
  • Improve the product via aggregated, de-identified analytics.

Third parties

We share the minimum data necessary with:

  • Payment providers (Payme, Click, Uzum) for processing payments.
  • SMS providers (Eskiz.uz, Playmobile) for OTP codes and notifications.
  • Email providers (SendGrid/Mailgun) for receipts and alerts.
  • Sentry for error telemetry — we scrub PII before it is sent.

Retention

Operational data is kept for 3 years (tax obligations). Verification documents are kept as long as the master account exists, plus 12 months.

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your data by writing to privacy@dss.example. We respond within 30 days.
